Holly Sheldrake -Violin (Folk Fiddle)

I play and teach violin, or more specifically, folk fiddle. I have many years experience in this field and perform with many bands. My technical knowledge is good - I studied to grade 6 violin before undertaking a career in folk, I have grade 5 theory and grade 8 piano. I have written arrangements for strings and led group workshops for fiddle and misc instruments. I have also taught individual children. This genre of music allows for very productive and imaginative playing, as well as upholding the rich and varied traditions of this and other countries.

My prefered geographic area is within East Sussex; Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne, Uckfield, Rye and surrounding areas. My rates are variable according to distance travelled, but start at £15/hour.
