An interpretation of Carlo Bergonzi 1736 Violin.
Carlo Bergonzi’s instruments are extremely rare and
rank just behind Stradivari and Guarneri in significance. Little
is known of Bergonzi’s life but elements of both of the great
masters can be identified in his work as well as evidence
showing a connection with the Rugeri family.
Bergonzi’s instruments offer a strong, dark, clear and layered
